Welcome to the Website for Waterford Harbour Condominiums

On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to our Association’s website.  If you are a resident, click on Login in the menu on the left to access the private side of the website.  If you have not created your login name and password, click on Register to complete the request form.

If you are not a resident, you may explore the pages on the public side of this site to learn more about our great community.  If are thinking about buying a condo, please check out our Rules and Regulations to be sure you would enjoy living under these guidelines.  Also, be aware that while we have many senior citizens living in our community, we are not a full-service retirement village.  For instance, owners need to be able to go to the community mailboxes to pick up their mail and to move their trash cans to the street for trash pick-up each week.

At Waterford Harbour, quiet and privacy are respected and preserved.  Each condo has a separate patio, a well-maintained lawn, ample outdoor lighting, and direct entry from an attached garage.  Situated on the southeast edge of Columbus, the community offers the amenities of city living with a touch of country peace and transquility.

Spring Reminders
Posted on Mar 15th, 2026
Have your air conditioner inspected, cleaned, and serviced.  An annual tune-up ensures maximum efficiency and prolongs the lifespan of your unit.

Check fire and carbon monoxide detectors.  Replace the batteries at least once a year.  You should have one smoke detector in each bedroom and at least one on each floor.

Get your dryer vents cleaned.  This is an important fire safety item that is often overlooked.

Check for water leaks.  Water can cause extensive damage to your condo so check everything with a hose or connection.  This includes toilets, refrigerators, ice makers, faucets, hot water heaters, under sinks, and behind washing machines.  Check hoses behind the washer for signs of damage such as cracks or dryness and inspect caulking around sinks and tubs to see if it is time to replace.

Drain your water heater.  Sediment builds up in your water heater tank.  Use the spigot near the bottom of the heater to drain it.  By doing so, you’ll prolong its life and reduce your electric bill.  Some HVAC companies may do it for you when they check your air conditioner.  It doesn’t hurt to ask!
